COLLEGE TRANSFEREES
a) Official Transcript of Tertiary Education
b) Course Description
c) Honorable Dismissal/Transfer Credentials
Note: For International Students, the Alien Certificate of Registration and Study Permit/Student Visa will be secured upon enrollment.
GRADUATE PROGRAM
a) Original Transcript of Bachelor Degree
b) Photocopy of Bachelor Diploma
c) Curriculum Vitae
d) Recommendation letters from Professor, Guidance Counselor and immediate supervisors
e) Completed application form
Application Process

Applicants are required to submit documents (refer to admission requirements).

The Applicant fills up the information sheet.

Marketing Staff contacts applicant and provides details of initial requirements to bring and scheduled
assessment exam. -
The Dean/ Head of School interviews the applicant.

The Applicant submits all the requirements needed to the Registrar.

The Applicant receives the Letter of Acceptance.
